Palladium Hotel Group was established over 50 years ago with the aim of offering travelers a little slice of paradise.  We are so very fortunate. We have a team of exemplary professionals working in idyllic settings, which makes us acutely aware of the great responsibility we bear in everything we do.

Our commitment involves making responsible use of resources, being mindful of the impact of our activities, and caring for the environment. However, in our CSR, the 'S' for social holds special significance. It embodies our genuine interest in local communities and our teams, as we strive to achieve a profoundly positive impact. Because we believe that the future lies in taking care of the most important hotel: our PLANET, and its guests: PEOPLE.

How did Palladium Cares first come about?

The Palladium Cares anthem

As the closing event for the first year of the "4 Causes 4 Quarters" campaign, we threw a special anniversary party in Ibiza and Madrid with representatives from NGOs, hotel planners, and employees from Palladium Hotel Group. During the event, with the collaboration of Musical Thinkers, we created the Palladium Cares anthem, bringing everyone together in an emotional and unforgettable moment.

    Hotels under the umbrella of Palladium Hotel Group are certified in accordance with the Wyndham Green program, designed to reduce the environmental footprint of the industry and operate efficiently through eco-friendly initiatives. The program addresses various sustainability elements such as water and energy conservation, waste management, and operational efficiency.

    SUSTAINABLE PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT

    With the aim of promoting sustainable procurement practices, Palladium Hotel Group is endorsed by the International Federation of Purchasing and Supply Management (IFPSM), which evaluates the implementation of sustainability principles in the management system and certifies compliance with the ISO 20400 standard. At the national level, Palladium Hotel Group is the first to achieve this standard in the hotel industry.
