As a family hotel group, at Palladium Hotel Group we conduct our business with a long-term perspective, guided by our values and an ethical commitment. Our internal governance system, composed of the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, and the Sustainability Committee, helps ensure that strategic decisions are aligned with our social and environmental goals and drives the implementation of policies focused on sustainable and inclusive growth.

 

In addition, we have incorporated ESG (environmental, social, and governance) criteria into our management model as a tool to improve processes, anticipate risks, and strengthen our relationship with our stakeholders: clients, employees, investors, communities, and the natural environment.
