ABOUT PALLADIUM TALENT

Palladium Talent is the brand with which we synthesize our efforts and strategies to attract, retain and develop talent to fulfill the company's mission: to turn its customers into lifelong FANS, for which we need the best collaborators.

The purpose of Palladium Talent is to consolidate itself as the Group's benchmark brand in all the countries where we operate when it comes to recruiting new talents and promoting their development, to get the best professionals, either in the market or through continuous training, development programs and internal promotions.

For years we have been hiring the people with the best attitude, innovators and the most talented in the Palladium geography. We want capable people, and for that, we have to offer them an environment in which they can grow. All companies say that "the customer is the boss", but here in Palladium Hotel Group that statement carries more weight: we turn our customers into FANS.
