We are committed to enhancing the positive economic impact we make in the communities where we operate. Therefore, we are actively working to recruit staff members locally and strengthen collaboration with nearby suppliers.
We work alongside social and educational organizations to provide technical and professional training that facilitates job placement, especially for people in vulnerable situations. One example of this is our professional training centers.
We collaborate with NGOs, public administrations, and local organizations to develop projects that improve quality of life, promote culture, and strengthen the social fabric. One of our main initiatives in this area is the "4 Causes 4 Quarters" campaign, in which all of our hotels, simultaneously, each quarter, focus on the same cause, with volunteering as the backbone of the project:
We respect and promote the cultural traditions of each destination, integrating them into our tourism proposal in a responsible and authentic way. One way we do this is by putting on local craft markets in our hotels.
