    This is the Palladium Hotel Group sales platform for travel agencies, where you can make bookings for your customers and receive commission or net rates.

  • What should I do if I’ve forgotten my username?

  • What should I do if I’ve changed agency?

    Send an email to bookingpro@palladiumpro.com to request deregistration of your username and/or agency.

    You should then re-register on Booking Pro with the data of the new agency.

  • What should I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

  • How can I request a username for an agency that is already registered?

    Please send us the request via email at bookingpro@palladiumpro.com. This should include all of the agency’s tax information, the user’s full name and the email address of the user who you wish to add.

     

Rates

  • What rate types are offered?

    These depend on each market (net or commissionable rates). However, if you wish to modify the rate type in your account, please contact us at bookingpro@palladiumpro.com and we will let you know if it can be modified. In the event that this is possible, we will help you with the change.

  • What does each rate consist of?

    Commissionable: Customers pay the hotel directly and 30 days after check-out, the agency is paid commission via Onyx.

    Net: The rate appears with the agency’s commission deducted and the agency is responsible for collecting the profit margin from customers.

    The agency must pay for the booking via bank transfer at least 7 days before customers check in.

  • How can I tell what rate type I’m booking?

    The rate type is specified in the cancellation terms section of your booking confirmation voucher.

  • What is a non-refundable rate?

    100% of the booking amount is charged immediately and if said booking is modified or canceled, this is non-refundable.

  • What is a semi-flexible rate?

    10% of the booking amount is charged immediately and if said booking is modified or canceled, this 10% is non-refundable.

Payment of bookings

  • Where can I find the payment details for a net rate?

    You’ll find this information in the payment section of the booking conditions.

  • What happens if a customer arrives at the hotel with a net rate that hasn’t been paid?

    The customer would be charged directly at check-in and as this is a net rate, the agency would not receive any commission.

  • How is the non-refundable rate paid?

    100% of the booking amount is charged immediately and if said booking is modified or canceled, this is non-refundable.

  • How is the semi-flexible rate paid?

    10% of the booking amount is charged immediately and if said booking is modified or canceled, this 10% is non-refundable.

  • Will the card requested by the system be charged immediately?

    It depends on the rate type that you book:

    • Non-refundable rate: NON-REFUNDABLE 100% charged immediately.
    • Semi-flexible rate: NON-REFUNDABLE 10% charged immediately.
    • Flexible rate: This is only used as a guarantee and the booking is later paid according to the booking rate type: NET (pre-payment by the agency) or COMMISSIONABLE (paid directly by customers at the hotel).
  • How can I confirm that the payment has been received properly?

    If payment is required immediately (non-refundable or semi-flexible rate), the booking is confirmed as soon as the card details are entered, and the charge will appear on the cardholder’s statement.

    If payment is made via bank transfer, the department of finance at each hotel will confirm that payment has been received.

  • How can I get an invoice?

     You should request one from the hotel directly.

  • What are the contact details for matters related to the booking payment?

    You should get in touch with the invoicing department at each hotel. You can also contact bookingpro@palladiumpro.com

Commissions

  • What do I have to do to receive commission?

    15 days after customers check out, Onyx will contact you to follow up on the payment of your commission, and this will be paid 30 days after check-out.

  • When will I receive commission?

    30 days after customers check out.

  • What kind of commission will I get?

    When you make a booking, you will receive an email with this information, along with the full booking details.

Bookings

  • How do I make a booking?

    Go to https://www.palladiumhotelgroup.com/en/booking-pro and enter your username and password. Select the hotel and dates you want to book, and all available rooms will be displayed.

  • How do I modify a booking?

    Please contact us at bookingpro@palladiumpro.com

  • How do I cancel a booking?

    Log in to your Booking Pro account, find the booking in your reservation history, and you’ll see the option to cancel it in the booking confirmation voucher. If you have the confirmation voucher, you can also access it directly from there.

  • What is a Promocode?

    This is a code we provide to apply a discount to a booking. It’s only valid for special offers on specific dates and it is always exclusive to travel agencies.

  • What happens if I enter a direct customer code?

    You’ll automatically lose all agency benefits, and the confirmation will show the booking as a direct customer, with no mention of your commission or net rate.

  • How many rooms can I book?

    On the Booking Pro platform, you can book a maximum of 9 rooms on the same dates. If additional bookings are made, Booking Pro reserves the right to cancel them, as room blocking is not allowed.

  • Why can’t I book more than 3 rooms?

    The system only allows a maximum of 3 rooms per booking confirmation.

Penalties

  • What’s the penalty if my customer doesn’t show up at the hotel?

     100% of the booking will be charged.

  • What’s the penalty if my customer checks out earlier than planned?

    100% of the booking will be charged.

Transport

  • Does transport apply to all destinations?

    No, only to Palladium Hotel Group hotels located in the Caribbean.

  • How does the transfer service work?

    It’s a shared, complimentary service.

  • Are there specific terms and conditions for transfer services?

    Yes, transfers must be booked at least 4 days in advance. Where available, bookings must be made directly via the link provided in the confirmation voucher.
