Important Information
Free transfer: Complimentary airport–hotel–airport transfers are shared and apply to destinations in Mexico (exclusive to Cancún International Airport and Puerto Vallarta International Airport), the Dominican Republic (except Dominican Fiesta Hotel), and Jamaica. Free transfers must be booked at least 72 hours prior to arrival. In case of modification or cancellation of the reservation, transfers must also be modified or canceled accordingly, as they are two separate bookings.
Spa discount on treatments and products: 15% for Follower, Promoter, and Lover; 20% for Fan; and 40% for Family. Discount cannot be combined with other promotions.
Free access to the Spa circuit for the member and one companion with a minimum stay of 4 nights per booking. Subject to availability.
