What is Palladium Rewards?
Palladium Rewards is the Palladium Hotel Group loyalty program that has been awarding discounts, exclusive benefits and point rewards to its most faithful customers since 2020.

Does it cost anything to join the program?
No, signing up for the program is entirely free and anyone 18 or older is eligible.

How can I sign up for the program?
It’s easy! You just have to complete the following steps:
- Fill out the form below with your information
- You will receive an email to verify your account
Once your account has been verified, you will be able to access your Palladium Rewards member portal where you will see all your transactions, points earned, bookings made, and benefits associated with your level in the program.

How many levels does the program have?
Palladium Rewards has 5 different levels:
- First Level: Follower (0 to 15,000 Elite points)
- Second Level: Promoter (15,000 to 75,000 Elite points)
- Third Level: Lover (75,000 to 200,000 Elite points)
- Fourth Level: Fan (starting at 200,000 Elite points)
- Fifth Level: Family (can only be reached by subscribing to a Palladium Travel Club membership)
You can move up a level by accumulating accommodation, dining and spa experiences. Every time you level up, you will receive more and better benefits.

How can I take advantage of the Palladium Rewards member discount on my reservation?
To access the Palladium Rewards member discount, you need to make your reservation via the Palladium Hotel Group website or call center, stating that you are a member of the program.

Can I share my Palladium Rewards member benefits with other people?
Other people staying with you in your room and one other room maximum for your children, parents or family members can always enjoy the same benefits, provided the room is booked in your name, as you can also earn points on this room.

How can I collect points?
You can collect points by spending on accommodation, dining or spa services, as long as it is in an establishment that is part of the program. You can see the list of establishments participating in the program using the following link: How to Get Points

How many points do I get for my dining and spa bookings or purchases?
Points are earned according to three factors:
The level of the Palladium Rewards customer within the program.
The channel through which the booking or purchase is made.
The amount spent at the participating establishment.

Can I earn points for bookings made prior to joining the Palladium Rewards program?
Yes, as long as you have not already checked out of the establishment.

Can I earn Rewards points on more than one accommodation booking?
Yes, you can earn points on up to three rooms as long as you are the one making the purchase. By ‘the one making the purchase’, we are referring to the person making the payment.

Will I earn points for organizing meetings and events at the hotels?
No, meetings and events do not earn you Rewards points.

When can I use my welcome points?
As soon as you sign up. If you do not have enough points to cover the total amount, you can make a split payment, meaning you can use your available points and pay for the remainder. The minimum amount you can redeem is 2,500 Rewards points.

How can I redeem my points?
Please find an explanation on how to redeem your points below:
- When you book accommodation through the Palladium Hotel Group official website or the Call Center, you can mention in the final part of the purchase process that you would like to make the payment with points and specify how many points you would like to use, with the possibility of making an entire payment with points or making a split payment (points + money). You must be logged in during the booking process to do this.
- When you make a dining or spa purchase at any of the establishments associated with the program, you can show your Palladium Rewards customer ID to the hotel staff and express that you would like to make the payment with points, specifying how many points you wish to use, with the possibility of making an entire payment with points or making a split payment (points + money).

How can I find out what my points are equivalent to in EUR/USD?
The value of the points is always the same for all participating hotels and brands:
Every 250 Rewards points equal 1 EUR / USD of the retail price.

Is there a minimum amount needed to redeem my points?
Yes, you need to redeem at least 2,500 Rewards points. However, if you would like to make a payment for a smaller amount, you can do so, but a minimum of 2,500 Rewards points will be deducted from your account.

Are there blackout dates on redeeming points?
There are no blackout dates on redeeming points; there simply needs to be availability for the accommodation, dining or spa services on your chosen dates. Restrictions may apply on some promotions, but they will always be indicated in the terms and conditions.

What is the difference between Rewards points and Elite points?
- Rewards Points are points that can be used as a payment method in the program.
- Elite Points are the points that define your level in the program

When do Rewards points expire?
The expiration depends on whether they are basic or promotional Rewards points:
- Basic Rewards Points are those earned through bookings, purchases or services linked to the program. They expire after 18 months, which may be extended for another 18 months if the customer makes a transaction which earns them basic points or if they redeem points.
- Promotional Rewards points are those that have been earned through a promotion, direct gift or points transfer. They expire depending on each promotion and the term cannot be extended.

Can I share my Rewards points with someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your available points to another Palladium Rewards account holder. See restrictions here

What happens if I want to modify a booking on which I used Rewards points?
You can modify your booking even if you used Rewards points, except if they have expired since the date you redeemed them.

How do I change my personal details and login details?
Once you have accessed your member profile, through the “my profile” option you can change basic details, contact details and login details, excluding certain fields.

Where can I find my Palladium Rewards member ID?
Your Palladium Rewards member number or ID is on your program card, which you can access from your member profile.

Will I receive a physical Palladium Rewards membership card?
No, the card is digital. It can be downloaded from your member profile into your mobile wallet. You do not need a physical copy.

I forgot my member password. How do I recover it?
When logging in, the system will always provide a “forgot your password?” option. If you use this option and follow the instructions, you will receive an email so you can confirm your new password and access your profile.

How long does it take for points to appear in my account?
Points will appear in your account within a maximum of 30 days from the time of check-out in the case of accommodation, or from the day you visited the restaurant or spa.

What can I do if my points do not appear in my account?
If your points do not appear in your account, our customer service team will be happy to help you. Click here to access the point registration form. Remember that to claim points, you have up to 3 months from the check-out date or the day of your dining or spa experience.
