Terms and Conditions of the "Reward Points Awarded During Stays" promotion
This promotion is exclusively for Palladium Travel Club (PTC) Members who have the "Palladium Money" benefit in their Membership contract. Those entitled to this benefit will receive Palladium Rewards points equivalent to one hundred US dollars (USD 100) per room with a minimum stay of seven (7) nights. This benefit may be received by Members and their Beneficiaries, as well as by their guests, provided the latter use the Palladium Nights inventory of their Palladium Travel Club Membership. To enjoy this benefit, it is essential to be registered or enrolled in the Palladium Rewards program.
The points awarded under this promotion will be considered Promotional Reward Points [1] (the "Points"), valid for thirty (30) days from the check-in date. The number of Points for each stay will be calculated in multiples of US dollars (USD 100) per week, with a minimum of one hundred dollars (USD 100) for one-week stays. Each week must consist of 7 nights and 8 days: reservations of fewer than 7 nights do not qualify and cannot be combined with another reservation to claim this benefit. Additional nights over a week or more weeks also do not qualify.
Within 24 hours of checking in at the hotel, the room holder of each reservation will receive an email with their voucher code and instructions for redeeming Palladium Money for Points. Upon receipt of this email, the guest will have seven (7) days to redeem their code through the Palladium Rewards private area, available at www.palladiumhotelgroup.com, under the "Promotions - Voucher Rewards" section. Once the code is entered, the Points will be automatically credited to the guest's account. Points may be used exclusively during the hotel stay to pay for additional services, such as restaurants, bars, spa treatments and products, as well as entertainment activities. Points are non-transferable and non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or used outside the established validity period.
Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Palladium Hotel Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this benefit, as well as its terms and conditions, at any time and without prior notice.
This promotion replaces and voids the "Palladium Money" benefit currently in effect.
