- To enjoy this Courtesy Pass, you must be registered in the Palladium Rewards programme.
- The code must be activated within a maximum of 7 days from the date of delivery of the Courtesy Pass.
- The Rewards points awarded are for the exclusive use of the Palladium Rewards account holder, who must identify themselves with the same details registered in their account in order to use them. These Rewards points are non-transferable.
- Rewards points may be used to make additional payments during your stay or to pay for a new booking, within a maximum period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the Courtesy Pass.
- Points may be applied to purchases in restaurants and bars, spa treatments and products, shows and entertainment (Chic Cabaret, Bravo Dinner & Dance Experience) and other extra hotel services included in the programme (room service, Balinese beds, etc.), and even to the payment of a new booking.
