A new icon of luxury arrives in Playa d’en Bossa
BLESS Ibiza The Site, Palladium Hotel Group’s latest project set to mark a new era of luxury in Playa d’en Bossa, has arrived. Designed by the visionary Lázaro Rosa-Violán, the hotel features 461 suites, an exclusive wellness center, and a haute-cuisine gastronomic hub. The hotel for VIP families arrives in Punta Cana and Brazil
After the brand’s success in Mexico, Family Selection at Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts begins its expansion into other paradisiacal destinations. The first to plant its flag outside Mexico is Family Selection at Grand Palladium Select Bávaro, located within the recently renovated resort in Playa Bavaro, Punta Cana. In addition, this year will open its doors at Grand Palladium Imbassaí Resort & Spa, in Brazil.

In 2025, renovations to expand Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts in Jamaica began. This project will add 948 rooms, strengthening the brand’s presence on the island. It will also introduce Family Selection at Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts for VIP families and the luxury brand TRS Hotels, an all-inclusive, adults-only concept.

Expansion beyond Spain
The year 2026 marks the milestone of Only YOU Hotels’ international expansion. This year, Only YOU Bonvecchiati Venecia will open its doors inside the prestigious Palazzo Bonvecchiati, just 150 meters from the iconic St. Mark’s Square. Meanwhile, the brand will also make its debut in the Americas with Only YOU Hotel New York, bringing its signature style to the heart of the city that never sleeps.

Palladium Hotel Group strengthens its international presence with its arrival in the Middle East in 2027, in partnership with Al Marjan and Almal Real Estate Development, an award-winning ultra-luxury developer based in the region. As part of the evolution from Ushuaïa Unexpected Hotels to The Unexpected Hotels, The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel was also born, a place where the unexpected becomes the norm and the unforgettable is a constant.

Caring by doing
As a result of our numerous social responsibility initiatives, Palladium Cares has launched multiple campaigns since its creation in 2023. One of them is 4 Causes 4 Quarters, through which -together with expert NGOs and company volunteers- we focus on a different social cause each season: children, inequalities, caring for the planet, and supporting the elderly. We also promote professional training centers in the communities where we operate (currently in Mexico, Jamaica, Brazil and Ibiza) and have created a university scholarship program for the children of our collaborators (active in Mexico, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic). In line with our commitment to the planet, we have developed our own agricultural centers and collaborated with National Geographic Creative Works on the documentary COMMUNITAS, proteger en comunidad, by marine biologist and National Geographic photographer Manu San Félix, focused on the preservation of the Mediterranean.
