Covid-19 Palladium Hotel Group information:

At Palladium Hotel Group, safety has always been our number one priority. And now, with the recent Covid-19 pandemic spreading around the world, we more concerned than ever about the health and wellbeing of our clients and employees.

It is the responsibility of all of us to prevent the expansion and contain the Covid-19 virus, and given the recent actions taken by various countries and governments in response to this international health emergency, as well as the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the protocol of local authorities in the countries in which we operate, we at Palladium Hotel Group find it necessary to temporarily close some of our hotels and resorts.

    • Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa: NOW OPEN.
    • TRS Coral Hotel:NOW OPEN.
    • Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa: NOW OPEN.
    • TRS Hotel Yucatán, Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa, Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa and Grand Palladium White Sand will accept reservations from October 30th, 2020.

    **Reservations with confirmed arrival from July 1 to July 31, 2020 of Grand Palladium Colonial, Kantenah and White Sand in Riviera Maya will receive upgrade to Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa.

    ***Reservations with confirmed arrival from July 1 to July 31, 2020 from TRS Yucatan Hotel will receive upgrade to TRS Coral Hotel.

  • Hotels in Dominican Republic

    If you have a reservation for the Domican Fiesta Hotel & Casino with an arrival date up to July 26, 2020, we allow you to change the date. 

    • *Domican Fiesta Hotel & Casino will accept reservations from July 27th, 2020.

    If you have a reservation for any of our hotels in Punta Cana and Cap Cana with an arrival date up to July 31, 2020, we allow you to change the date. 

    • *Our hotels in Punta Cana will accept reservations from October 9th, 2020.
    • *TRS Cap Cana Hotel will accept reservations from October 30th, 2020.

    If you have a reservation with an arrival date up to July 29th, 2020, we allow you to change the date. The hotel will accept reservations from July 30th. 2020.

  • Hotels in Madrid

    The hotels will accept reservations from July 1st. 2020, except Bless Hotel Madrid that will accept reservations from September 1st, 2020.

  • Hotels in Barcelona

    The hotels will accept reservations from July 1st. 2020.

  • Hotels in Cordoba

    The hotels will accept reservations from July 1st. 2020.

  • Hotels in Oviedo

    The hotels will accept reservations from July 1st. 2020.

  • Hotels in Sevilla

    The hotels will accept reservations from July 1st. 2020.

Cancellation and modification policy of PRE-EXISTING RESERVATIONS:

If you have already made a reservation, below we will inform you about the procedures that we follow, depending on the type of the rate of the reservation.

Reservations with arrival from July 1st onwards:

You can modify your reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy of the booking confirmation received by email.

  • Flexible rate bookings allow you to modify with flexibly.
  • Bookings with non-refundable rates do not allow modifications or refunds. As the situation progresses, in at least 15 days in advance we will offer you solutions to modify your travel dates and apply the amount already paid for a future stay.

  • I have a reservation with Palladium Hotel Group, what do I have to do to change it?
    If you booked on www.palladiumhotelgroup.com, please contact callcenter@palladiumhotelgroup.com if you are travelling from Europe, and callcenter.america@palladiumhotelgroup.com if you are travelling from America.​ Our staff are at your disposal to provide a solution for your case. If you booked through a third party, we would ask you to consult the terms and clauses of your reservation with your agency or Tour operator.​
  • I have a holiday planned for the next few weeks. Will I be able to travel?
    Consult the travel restrictions in place, both in your country of origin and your country of destination, to check on any possible limitations that might affect your trip.​
  • Will all the services be avaliable at the hotels in the short term?
    Palladium Hotel Group is subject to all the limitations and restrictions of mandatory compliance put in place by the authorities of every country we operate in, so we are unable to guarantee the 100% of our services.​
  • What steps are being taken in the hotels to guarantee the safety of the guests?
    We follow strict internal protocols in questions of security, safety and hygiene. Furthermore, we work in close collaboration with the governments of our different destinations to implement each and every one of the measures and recommendations established by the health authorities of each country.​
