We’re bringing you a new private area with a new way of telling you about your benefits:

You’ll discover all the hotels, restaurants and spas where you can accumulate and redeem your points, see your booking history and check the status of your account, among many other things.

More attractive, more straightforward, more accessible

We want to make life easy for you! That’s why we’ve improved our rules to suit you better:

From now on, the higher your level within the program, the more Elite points you’ll receive for bookings made through tour operators and travel agencies:

    • 700 Elite points
  • Fan
    • 1.000 Elite points

We’ve extended the expiry date of your basic Rewards points from 12 to 18 months so you’ll never miss out on the opportunity to enjoy them.

As few as 15,000 Elite points will get you to PROMOTER level. We recognize your effort and we want to give you a head start so that you can enjoy more benefits.

More guaranteed discounts, more exclusive promotions

Because if you’re a Palladium Rewards member, you’ll always get more. We want you to enjoy even more without limits and get more for less:

Every year we’ll send you a code which you can use flexibly to benefit from a special discount. If you’re a FOLLOWER or PROMOTER, you’ll get a 20% discount, and if you reach LOVER or FAN levels, the discount will be 25%.

Book your stay through the Palladium Hotel Group website or our Call Center and you’ll benefit from a guaranteed 5% discount on all your bookings. 

Access promotions before anyone else can, enjoy them for longer, and benefit from discounts of up to 20% simply for being a Palladium Rewards member.

Enjoy a 10% discount on all the extra services offered by our hotels: room upgrade, room service, etc. And, of course, on everything you eat or drink in those restaurants and bars participating in the program —and you don’t even need to be staying at the hotel! 

Gift points

Your loyalty deserves to be rewarded. That’s why we have lots of points rewards waiting for you – discover them all!

If you want to make someone feel special, you can transfer your points to them so they can enjoy a stay with us, or visit our restaurants and spas – it’s totally free!

We reward your desire to advance within the program. You’ll receive 15,000 Elite and Rewards points (=60€/$) just for reaching LOVER level – ready to be redeemed on your next stay.

And the further you advance in the program, the more we reward you! We welcome you to the FAN level with 25,000 Elite and Rewards points (=100€/$) ready to be redeemed, so you can celebrate with us when you reach the highest level within the program.

We’re now giving you two types of Rewards points. Firstly, Basic Points, which are those that you accumulate from your accommodation bookings and from your consumption in restaurants and spas. These won’t expire while you are still active in the program. Then, there are Promotional Points, which are those that you accumulate as extras through our promotions. These will have a different expiry date depending on each campaign.
