RESERVATION POLICIES
a) Each of the guests is responsible for ensuring their reservation, this will be done online through the personalized link that will be provided once the signed contract is received. The creation of the link and code can vary from 72 hours to 1 week.
b) Reservations are guaranteed through payment by credit card / due Mastercard or Visa which must be valid until the date of arrival.
c) Only 1 credit/debit card will be accepted for the payment of each reservation.
d) Guests will be responsible for their additional charges, Full payment is required from each guest,
e) IMPORTANT: The Hotel does not guarantee an inventory of rooms for the Group. All rooms will be subject to availability on our website. Likewise, any reduction and/or cancellation will cause the application of the policies established in this contract.
GUEST ROOM RATES
The following terms and conditions will apply to the Guest Room Rates set forth in this Group Contract:
a) Rates are per person per night under the all-inclusive plan, with all applicable taxes and gratuities included. Subject to change without notice. Should any government agency adjust these taxes or assess additional taxes before the Group’s arrival date, the same shall be added to the rates contained therein.
b) Children under 2 years old are free when sharing a room with one or two adults.
c) Children from 3-12 years old pay 50% of the adult (in double occupancy) rate, and Teens between 13-17 years old pay the same rate as Extra Pax.
d) Each room must be occupied by at least 01 adult over 18 years old.
e) For 01 adult sharing with 01 child, the double occupancy rate will apply (as in 02 adults)
f) For a Connecting Suite, the minimum occupancy is 3 guests (regardless of age, it will be paying double rates per person), for additional guest Extra Pax or Children rates apply.
g) For Suite Private Pool at GP Jamaica, allow a maximum of 3 adults.
h) For a Family Selection Room, the rates include up to 2 kids/teens (3-17 years old) free in the nightly rates when sharing with 2 adults.
i) If additional suites or other specific room types are needed, a written request and written confirmation will be required; PHG allows to use same contracted rates for up to 20% of the room block and any room increase beyond 20% of the room block prevailing rates apply.
j) An additional surcharge per person will be applicable for each private function requested by the Group. The group shall contact the Group Sales Manager at the Hotel for details.
k) The maximum number of people allowed per room will apply per contract.
l) If a no-show room is fully paid, this will be counted towards concessions.
m) The Guest Room Rates will apply 3 days before and after the event dates based on availability at the time of the request.
n) The check-in time is 3:00 pm. The check-out time is 12:00 pm.
1. DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS
• A first deposit of the total of the wedding couple is not refundable in case of cancelation of this agreement.
• For each reservation an initial administrative deposit fee of a 20% of their stay must be pay in order to reserve (per room).
• The final balance must be pay in full at least forty (45) days prior to arrival (80% of the total amount).
CANCELLATION– ATTRITION SCHEDULE (Groups Performance)
Cancellations / Reductions
• 101 days or more prior to arrival No attrition or cancellation fees will apply.
• 100-46 days prior to arrival the initial deposit administrative fee will be retained by Hotel.
• 45 days or less prior to arrival cancelations and/or no-show, all deposits are retained by the Hotel.
• All reductions and cancellations must be made in writing before the stipulated date. Reductions and cancellations made verbally are not valid.
No Show
a) No shows and early departures ARE NON-REFUNDABLE of any firm and the charge will be for the entire stay reserved.
c) All early departure will not be subject to reimbursement of any kind, the charge will be for the entire stay as established in the contract, as well as the rooms reported in the rooming list.
