CANCELATION AND NO-SHOW POLICIES
Below is the cancellation and no-show policy that shall be applicable to Individual Reservations:
ROOMS CANCELLATION / INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS.
a) Between the date of signing and Aug 2, 2025 (180 days prior arrival), the cancellation fee will be the Non-Refundable Deposit.
b) From Aug 3, 2025 - Oct 1, 2025 (179/120 days prior arrival), 1 night per cancelled room will be charged at contracted rate in double occupancy.
c) From Oct 2, 2025 - Nov 30, 2025 (119/60 days prior arrival), 3 nights per cancelled room will be charged at contracted rate in double occupancy.
d) Less than Dec 1, 2025 (59 days prior arrival), cancellation will be 100% charge.
NO-SHOW AND EARLY DEPARTURES.
No shows and early departures ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and the charge will be for the entire stay reserved.
All early departure will not be subject to reimbursement of any kind, the charge will be for the entire stay as established in the contract.
B. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT POLICY PAYMENT SCHEDULE
WEDDING GROUP CONTRACT.
Wedding group reservations will be made individually by the guests at the Link provided and special PASSKEY CODE or using the Wedding reservation contact provided by the Sales Advisor.
All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (US$). The hotel will not accept personal checks or Pay Pal payments.
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS.
The group guests shall pay 20% of the total amount of the reservation (per room) in order to book. This first deposit will be processed at the time of the reservation, on the landing page provided by the Hotel to the Client, using the special PASSKEY CODE. In case of using the Weddings reservations assistance, the link will be provided via e mail.
The final balance must be paid in full at least by November 30rd, 2025 (60) sixty days prior to arrival (80% of the total amount). This final payment will be charged automatically to the owner of the reservation (and charged to the original payment method). Therefore, it’s important to consider making the initial payment with a valid CC card due this one will be requested upon check in for validation purposes.
C. TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions shall be applicable for any group enrolled in the Palladium “WEDDING PASSKEY” program at any of the participating properties: Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts, Family Selection & TRS Hotels in Mexico, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic. (hereinafter the “Hotel”) pursuant to the signed Group Contract Form. References in this document to “Group” shall mean the Wedding Group indicated on this Group Contract.
Passkey code creation can vary from 3 to 4 weeks.
Individual reservation policy:
a) Each guest is responsible for securing their reservation. This can be done online using the personalized PASSKEY CODE provided once the signed contract and initial deposit are received, or by utilizing the services of the Weddings Reservation Department.
b) Reservations will be guaranteed with payment via a valid Mastercard or VISA credit/debit card, which must remain valid at least until the date of arrival.
c) Only one credit card will be accepted for the payment of each reservation.
d) Guests are responsible for any additional charges incurred. Full payment is required for each guest.
e) Personal checks are not accepted at the Hotel.
f) American Express is only accepted for payment at the hotel. You must present an identification card, and the signature on the card must match the one on the ID. The charge will be processed in local currency at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
E. GUEST ROOM RATES
The following terms and conditions will apply to the Guest Room Rates set forth in this Group Contract:
a) ROOM RATES:
a.1. ALL INCLUSIVE: Rates are per person per night under the all-inclusive plan concept, based on the corporate standards of PHG, all applicable taxes and gratuities included. Subject to change without notice. Should any government agency adjust these taxes or assess additional taxes before the Group’s arrival date, the same shall be added to the rates contained therein.
a.2. An additional surcharge per person will be applicable for each private function requested by the Group. The group shall contact the Weddings Department at the Hotel for details.
a.3.Any reservations received after the cutoff date will be subject to availability and the best available rate will be offered. CHECK-IN/OUT: The check in time is 3:00 pm. The check-out time is 12:00 pm. Late check-out is subject to availability and subject to additional charge.
b) ROOM ACCOMMODATION:
b.1) OCCUPANCY PER ROOM: A Maximum number of persons allowed per room will apply as per our group contract.
b.1.1. Each room must be occupied by at least 01 adult over 18 years old.
b.1.2. For 01 adult sharing with 01 child, the double occupancy rate will apply (as in 02 adults)
b.1.3. If additional suites or other specific room types are needed, a written request and written confirmation will be required; PHG allows to use same contracted rates for up to 20% of the room block and any room increase beyond 20% of the room block prevailing rates apply.
b.1.4. The maximum number of people allowed per room will apply per contract.
b.1.5. For a Family Selection Room, the rates include up to 2 kids/teens (3-17 years old) free in the nightly rates when sharing with 2 adults.
b.1.6. For Suite Private Pool at GP Jamaica, allow a maximum of 3 adults.
b.2) CONNECTING ROOMS: For a Connecting Suite, the minimum occupancy is 3 guests (regardless ages it will be paying double rates per person) for additional guest Extra Pax or Children rates apply,
b.3). ADDITIONAL ROOMS: If additional suites or other specific room types are needed, a written request and written confirmation will be required to amend this Group Contract.
b.4) NO SHOWS: No show reservations and early departures will be fully charged (100% cancelations charges).
b.5) IMPORTANT: Partner/Tour Operator does not have the right to continue selling above the room block without the approval of the Palladium Groups-Revenue Team. Palladium Hotel Group reserves the right to approve or not the availability of the terms & conditions detailed in Clause: d).
c) CHILDREN’S POLICY:
c.1) Children under 2 years old are free when sharing a room with one or two adults.
c.2) Children from 3-12 years old pay 50% of double adult rate, Teens between 13-17 years old pay the same rate as Extra Pax.
c.3) FAMILY SELECTION CATEGORY: For a Family Selection Room (where applicable), the rates include up to 2 kids/teens (3-17 years old) free in the nightly rates when sharing with 2 adults.
e) OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Individual reservations made through other tour operators and/or online sales agencies will not be credited to the block of contracted rooms or to the calculation of amenities. Additional charges will apply.
An additional surcharge per person will be applicable for each private function requested by Group. The group shall contact Weddings Department at the Hotel for details.
IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS
This contract is not combinable with any other promotion in place.

Guests booked outside of this agreement must pay the Non-Guest Fee to attend Group’s Functions & Events.
Special Rates for Palladium Rewards Loyalty Programs are only available to our Loyalty Program Members and are valid for individual bookings only, made through our web page.
4 and 5 Star Luxury Hotels | Palladium Hotel Group : due to short-term cancellations or special circumstances, the resort may offer restricted discounted rates or non-refundable rates to public through our webpage for individual bookings only. These rates are limited to small room inventory, and they are not applicable for groups.
F. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES:
All Guests are responsible for ensuring their reservation, this will be done online through the personalized link that will be provided once the signed contract is received or made through the Weddings reservations Department. The creation of the link and code can vary from 72 hours to 1 week.
All Guests are obligated to make an advanced deposit upon check-in to cover all incidental services and/or any damage caused by the Guest during his/her stay. The minimum amount required may vary from one hotel to another.
In the case that the Hotel has suffered any damage due to the intention or fault of the Guest, the Guest will be fully responsible to compensate the Hotel for any damage caused to the property and/or to other Guests.
The hotel does not assume any responsibility for damages or losses of any goods or articles brought into the hotel, left outside of the safe deposit box, which is either located in-room or in the Hotel’s Front Desk.
H. ALL INCLUSIVE PLAN
The following services and amenities are included as part of the “All Inclusive Plan” offered by hotel:
Fine dining options at à la cart and gourmet buffet restaurants as well as room service. Room Service is subject to delivery service fees.
Unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks at lounges and bars
Top-notch entertainment featuring live music and performances.
Chic Cabaret Dinner-Show (where available), Reservation’s Fee/Cover Charge will apply.
Additional costs apply.
Daily and nightly activities
Fitness center, spectacular pools, and kid’s water park
Basic Wi-Fi internet access
All resort taxes and gratuities
The following services and/or amenities are not included as part of the “All Inclusive Plan” offered by hotel:
