CONCESSIONS
In consideration of the entire value your Event brings to the Hotel, we are pleased to offer the following concessions based on the achievement of 85% or greater of your Anticipated Sleeping Room Revenue and Food and Beverage Minimum as set forth in the Performance policies. If the Anticipated Sleeping Room Revenue materializes at less than 85%, the concessions will be reduced proportionately at the discretion of the Hotel or, at your request, provided and charged to your Master Account at retail value, in addition to any damages owed under the Performance policies.
Groups Offer:
· One (1) complimentary room for every 15 rooms paid (16th room complimentary), based on double occupancy, daily basis, and applies to the lowest total value rooms with a maximum of 4 complimentary rooms per group
· One (1) upgrade to next category at the group rate per every 20 rooms paid (#21st) nightly during the dates you meet the minimum number of rooms required with a maximum of 4 complimentary rooms per group (during official event dates)
· If you book 6 months before, promotion is guaranteed (by contract)
· If you book with less than 6 less, it is subject to availability
· The upgrade applies to the majority room category booked and for the group’s average length of stay. If no majority exists, the upgrade will apply to the lowest room category. Upgrades are subject to availability and may be limited to specific room categories and exclude certain suite types
· Group check-in Private check-in when group arrives together
· Group must arrive together- before 5:00 pm. After this time check-in will be in the hotel lobby)
· Must be requested at least 14 days prior to your arrival at the hotel
· One (01) amenity at chef´s selection for the Group tour leader.
· Must be requested 10 days before
· One (1) semi-private dinner for groups of 10 rooms or more (max of 40 people).
· Must be requested 14 days prior to arrival.
· Welcome drink during private check-in.
· 15% discount on SPA services including, massages, body treatments, facials services for groups (Hair and makeup are not included)
· Complimentary WIFI internet in sleeping rooms, public areas, and meeting space.
· Complimentary access to the fitness center during normal operating hours.
· Group Coordinator during the whole stay.
· Cancellation Conditions according to Group Terms and Conditions.
· Chic Cabaret discount for the wedding group
(Discount is not applicable for access reservation fee)
· 10% When booking 10-50 rooms
· 15% When booking 50+ rooms
· 1 free access to chic cabaret
· When booking 45 rooms for 4 nights minimum stay
· Maximum 3 double courtesies (06 people)
· One (1) one-hour cocktail party for groups of 50 rooms or more
· When booking 50 rooms
· 4 nights minimum stay is required per room/per person)
· Reserved area in one of our Hotel Bars (during operation hours).
· Only Beverage- Food is not included
· Must be requested 14 days prior to arrival

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT POLICY
a. Good Faith Non-Refundable: 10% of the total amount of the contracted services, on maximum period of 05 days after contract´s signature
b. Good Faith Non-Refundable: 10% of the total amount of the contracted services, on maximum period of 90 days after first deposit (20% not refundable)
c. Second deposit: 25% of the total amount of the contracted services updated by the overview invoice, 150 days prior arrival.
d. Third deposit: 50% of the total amount of the contracted services updated by the overview invoice, 120 days prior arrival.
e. 45 days prior to arrival: Full Payment & Rooming list are due and total amount of the contracted services.
f. 30 Days prior to arrival Final deposit: No Refunds. All deposits are retained by the hotel.
g. No-Show: Full Penalty for the length of the stay will apply.
CANCELLATION & ATTRITIONS SCHEDULE:
PARTIAL CANCELLATION POLICY – ATTRITION (Groups Performance)
Client agrees to pay the following if Client’s actualized room block does not achieve the contracted guest rooms:
a. Up to 180 days prior to arrival date, 10% of the actualized room revenue can be cancelled with no penalty. There is a 20% on any additional cancellations outside the allowed policy.
b. From 179 - 90 days prior to arrival date, 10% of the actualized room revenue can be cancelled with no penalty. There is a 40% on any additional cancellations outside the allowed policy.
c. 89 – 46 days prior to arrival date, 05% of the actualized room revenue can be cancelled with no penalty. There is a 60% on any additional cancellations outside the allowed policy.
d. 45 days prior to arrival date, no Refunds. All deposits are retained by the hotel & Rooming List are Due.
TOTAL CANCELLATION POLICY – ATTRITION (Groups Performance)
a. Between the date of signing and 180 days prior arrival, the cancellation fee will be the Good Faith Non-Refundable Deposit.
b. From 179 - 120 days prior to arrival date, cancellation will be 45% of the updated contracted services.
c. From 119 - 46 days prior to arrival date, cancellation will be 85% of the updated contracted services.
d. Less than 45 days prior arrival, cancellation will be 100% of the updated contracted services.
