Payment conditions for travel agencies

Rates with already discounted commission

If you have realized a booking with rates which have the commission already discounted in the price, you would need to make a bank transfer to the Hotel. It is necessary to realize the bank transfer up to 7 days before guest's arrival at the hotel. Below you can find the link to the document where the bank data specified per hotel.

Commissionable Rates

If you have realized a booking with commissionable rates, these require the payment to the Hotel directly from the guest. Once the guest checks out you would need to issue a commission invoice to the Hotel. If this invoice is not being issued, the Hotel cannot realize the commission payment. Below you can find the link to the document where the hotels data are detailed in order for you to issue the invoice.
