Staff on the resort were friendly and our room was awesome. We stayed in the Romance Villa and it had a huge jacuzzi tub, an outdoor shower and the best ocean view on the balcony. You always see staff cleaning so that was a plus. I felt the resort was really clean. Other than the pools, your have to wear a mask and they check temperatures. The Steakhouse and Italian restaurant along with all the buffets are good. We got a massage there and it was sooo good. We also got to access the rest of the spa area which included sauna, steam room, lazy river, etc. It was so relaxing though we left and went to sleep for a long time. The shows were nice especially the Michael Jackson show. The resort was safety conscious. We were disappointed at the fact that they canceled the water sports due to possible hurricane but we can appreciate the safety first aspects.

I had such a wonderful time. I was celebrating my birthday with a good friend. Our room was outdated, but very clean. I would recommend that they leave a directory so that we know who to call if we have an issue. Also, the shower handle broke, but they came to fix it right away and followed up to see if there was anything else they can do for us. The pool, the property, the food and drinks, and the beach were amazing!!! Lastly, the SPA was wonderful! I will definitely will definitely return to this hotel. However, I will stay at the Lady Hamilton side or in the Villas where it is more modern and updated.

Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort and Spa delivered on what they promise and more. We were greeted at check in by Regina from concierge, offered a drink. Although our room wasn't ready she, gave us a short tour of the resort and led us to the jerk hut for lunch. The jerk chicken was delish. Our room was on the older side of the resort but was as promised oceanfront with a beautiful view. The bed was super comfy and throughout the week our dear housekeeper Angella( always smiling) made sure we had all we needed. The resort itself is beautiful with the largest pool I've ever seen, the beaches were small but lovely. There were plenty of activities and lots of choices for good food and drinks. Other staff that need special mention are Shakeera and Fiona who did our massages, they have magic fingers, and Marva and her delicious and healthy smoothies at the Spa. Ricardo at the Club Lounge was amazing and Sharlene at Miss Lou's coffee bar made the best mocha even at 7:00 am. Tenesha, from custodial at Miss Lou's treated us like family and bonded with my granddaughter. From start to finish the staff at this resort made our vacation. Was nervous when booking after seeing some bad reviews, but in truth it was one our best family vacations ever, rebooking soon.
