We visited the Grand Palladium Vallarta over spring break and had a wonderful time. I travelled alone with my 2 daughters and upgraded to Family Selection to help make sure we were safe and sound. I had no need to worry! The staff was incredible. We had concierge service on demand and were recognized throughout the entire resort by name. Manuel and Gerardo took care of our every need at the pool (drinks delivered without requests, towels spread in the spots with the best views, even a pineapple smiling face made with other fresh fruits for my girls), and the massage at the spa was fantastic. We were literally spoiled! The hotel was immaculate and all Covid precautions were carried out to the letter. Tests were provided on-site for our return to the US. We had dinner at all four restaurants and loved them all, plus enjoyed the buffet options for breakfast. For lunch we had tacos, quesadillas and burgers from the exclusive Family Selection poolside snack bar. The location’s quite remote - about 45 minutes from the airport - but absolutely stunning. We loved that it felt secluded but still offered every amenity. I felt our stay was 100% worth the investment. We’ll be back again and again.

We attended for a wedding, but used this trip to relax as well. Everything was really clean and the staff was incredibly nice and attentive. The restaurants were good, however they did not serve traditional Mexican food as we had expected. The spa was incredible and very relaxing!

What we loved about The Grand Palladium Vallarta: The staff is amazing and so friendly and helpful. I have Celiac Disease and the staff was so careful with my food. We loved "The Nest" and Filipe, Claudia, Ricardo, Janet and Juan took such good care of us. Hortencia made us fresh corn tortillas and omelets with such a friendly smile. The food was delicious and we had a good variety. We stayed in the Ambassador Suite and it was so beautiful and comfortable. The views of the ocean were so pretty. We watched the wales jumping the entire week. The Spa was so relaxing. Get a massage from Angelita or Ariel! We ended up getting two while we were there because they were so good. Beach was fun for boogie boarding and it's a great place to surf! People were out surfing the whole time. Ocean water was a little cool this time of year, but not too cold to play in it. Overall a great resort and we loved our vacation
