  • WHAT DOCUMENTATION DO I NEED TO TRAVEL TO BRAZIL?
    All foreigners entering Brazil need a valid passport for at least six months after the date of their arrival. Some nationalities require a tourist visa, which is valid for 90 days and can be granted special extension in the event of legal or medical emergencies. A multitude of countries are exempt from a tourism and business visas including Uruguay, Argentina, and Paraguay - members of the MERCOSUR community - whose citizens can enter with a valid ID or passport for up to 90 days. For detailed information, it’s best to consult the Brazilian consulate or embassy in your country. Upon arrival, all tourists are required to fill out a cartão de entrada/saida (entry/exit card).
