Two new restaurants at The Grand Palladium resorts in Punta Cana

Last Saturday, February 26th, two new thematic restaurants were officially inaugurated in our Grand Palladium Resorts in Punta Cana, thus increasing the existing variety of “a la carte” restaurants to a total of nine. Both restaurants are located in front of the beach where the former La Uva restaurant used to be.
The first one is a Steak House called ‟La Grill" and the second one is an Italian Trattoria named "Chef Raffaele" in honor of our colleague and corporate chef Rafael Gómez. Last year, The Royal Suites Turquesa by Palladium also inaugurated the French thematic restaurant, La Chanterelle, for the exclusive use of its guests. Prior to the inauguration, the management team of the hotel, headed by General Manager Raimundo Segarra, enjoyed a tasting session of the exquisite dishes included in the menus.
