The Grand Palladium Resorts in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, have been awarded with the prestigious Silver EarthCheck Certificate.
During the last two years, the complex has been working really hard to develop and implement sustainable tourism policies that have recently been recognized with the Silver Certificate from the internationally renowned EarthCheck. EarthCheck is the certification program used by tourism organizations around the world to validate their sustainability initiatives related to the protection of the environment.
Thanks to the vision of Felipe Martínez, Director of Operations for Vacation Hotels in the Americas at FHG, and the efforts of his team, our complex in Punta Cana is the only Resort in the Dominican Republic that has achieved this certificate. According to Felipe, “We are very proud of this new recognition, and we are really motivated to work even harder to meet our next challenge: the Blue Flag.”
