On December 15th, Ayre Hoteles celebrated the official inauguration of the Ayre Hotel Oviedo with a special event held at the Conference and Exhibition Center Ciudad de Oviedo. Important public figures from Asturias’ social, political and cultural sectors, along with media representatives, attended the event.
The new hotel shined with spectacular performances by one of the best theater groups in Asturias held right in the rooms. Players from Teatro Margen performed real daily life scenes so guests could get a closer look of the facilities in a very original way. Flamenco dancer Cecilia Gómez, who has worked with artists such Sara Baras and Joaquín Cortés, offered her most personal show, “Bailaora,” featuring a moving dance performance that left all of our guests speechless.
During the cocktail, the band Jazz Patrulla Dixie also performed classic dixieland jazz hits followed by three opera singers from the Royal Theater Opera and a DJ who mixed chill-out music to put the final touches to an amazing evening in Oviedo.
Chef Ramón Freixa, awarded with two Michelin stars, was also present with a delicious GastroShow as a preview of No Solo Fabes by Paladea & Co, his new restaurant located in the hotel.
