Santa Eulària des Riu is another place where you can try Ibizan cuisine in in many bars and restaurants spread around the whole area. Among the delicious fare on offer is bullit de peix rice and seafood, a tasty skate in almond sauce, followed by wonderful desserts such as greixoneres de brossat baked cheese, flaó cheesecake, or orelletes aniseed buns, as well as the liqueur made from local herbs. The local town festivals on Ibiza are well-known for their traditional style and for being a great cultural event where you can find crafts, activities, concerts in the squares and displays of folk dancing.
