Renovated rooms at Grand Palladium Bavaro Resort & Spa offer serene respite

Renovations at the Grand Palladium Bavaro Resort & Spa, in Punta Cana (Dominican Republic) include refurbishments to the rooms in Buildings 1, 2 and 3, as well as renovations to the lobby and La Catedral Restaurant (buffet-style) and El Quijote and Bamboo thematic restaurants.
The renovated rooms feature a small hallway that leads to a dressing room and bathroom, offering sightlines to the Andiroba wood closets as well as the beige upholstery that together create a warm ambiance with the marble floors and a bathroom sink base in Imperial Brown marble.
Bathrooms feature a free-standing and luxurious Jacob Delafon sink and depending on the room category, mirrors are on the wall or part of a lattice wall structure.
The shower and the toilet have their own space independent from the rest of the room while the bathtub is embedded in a marble slab from which guests can see the rest of the room.
The rest of the furniture has been handcrafted, combining colonial and modern styles, while the upholstery features a series of stylish designs that vary within the category.
The rooms on the top floors boast a covered terrace with a circular Jacuzzi built in a wooden deck that also accommodates a Bali-style resting area, all under a wooden pergola that filters the sunlight.
