The Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa continues with its renovation that includes the construction of the Royal Suites.

In May 2006 the Palladium Vallarta Resort began the second phase of the remodelling of its facilities, after having carried out complete refurbishments in its bars, restaurants, public areas, rooms, etc. The general project also includes the construction of “The Royal Suites” area.

All public bathrooms are presently being renovated, the pending buffet is being installed, the swimming pool’s main snack bar is being completely rebuilt, 2 new bars are being created, one by the main pool and the existing one on the beach. In addition, the discotheque and the access and main entrance hall of the resort will also be remodelled.

It’s also important to highlight that at the same time that these works are taking place, 100 new rooms are also under construction, which will all be part of The Royal Suites, a new area “exclusively intended for adults”.  As a result the resort will then provide a total 520 rooms. The new area will provide 1 restaurant, 2 bars, “premium beverages”, room service, 1 swimming pool, free access to the entire resort, unlimited number of dinners at the theme restaurants and exclusive access to the guests staying to the Royal area with a “concierge” service.

The renovation is expected to finalise at the end of 2006, and although the completion date of the new construction is still to be set, it’s expected to be finished by the beginning of 2007.
