Paladea & Co will develop Ayre Hotel Oviedo's cuisine

Ayre Hotel Oviedo, the new lodging from our urban brand Ayre Hoteles, will feature a varied cuisine developed by Paladea & Co with the help of the famous two-Michelin star Catalan chef Ramón Freixa. It will also be available at the gourmet services featured at the Conference and Exhibition Center and the Lounge Bar for all guests and visitors to enjoy.
The new restaurant called No sólo fabes by Paladea & Co will be inaugurated early 2012 under the concept of a modern brasserie, with capacity of 30 to 35 guests. The menu will feature Freixa’s innovative ideas.
Ayre Hotel Oviedo, the first hotel integrated in a building designed by renowned architect Santiago Calatrava, aims to become Oviedo’s newest modern landmark by offering top-quality services and putting this City in Spain’s meetings industry map.
