Palladium Hotel Group receives two Neckermann Primo Awards

Two Palladium Hotel Group establishments, Grand Palladium Palace Ibiza Resort & Spa and Fiesta Hotel Don Toni, both on the island of Ibiza, have been awarded with the Primo Award 2012, as one of the best 100 hotels worldwide according to Thomas Cook’s German customers through its Neckermann brand.
These annual awards have gained international recognition because they are based on satisfaction surveys completed, in writing, by telephone and on Internet, by guests. Almost half a million travelers voted and reviewed the quality and performance of these hotels: criteria included cleanliness, location, services, facilities for families, etc.
Fiesta Hotel Don Toni has also received TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence as a definite testimony to its high level of quality. This certificate, given by the world’s most important online travel site, rewards hotels that receive consistent excellent rankings from travelers.
