One more year, the Grand Palladium complex at Riviera Maya has been certified with the “DISTINTIVO H” given by the Ministries of Tourism and Health of Mexico.
In order to reduce the incidence of food-borne diseases and improve the image of Mexico in the world, the national program of "Food Handling and Hygiene," known as “DISTINTIVO H” was launched is 1990 for all food and beverage establishments in Mexico including restaurants in general, hotels in particular, cafes, inns, etc.
Our Resorts in Riviera Maya have complied with all the requirements established by the program that controls everything from the delivery, storage and preparation of food to the handling of chemical substances, among other key points.
