At Palladium Hotels & Resorts, we are fully committed to the protection of the environment. All of our Resorts meet a series of strict policies in order to reduce their environmental impact to a minimum thus protecting their beautiful surroundings.
After the well-accepted towel reuse option, we have decided to implement a new policy with regards to bed sheets changing in all of our Grand Palladium and The Royal Suites Resorts in Mexico, Jamaica, Dominican Republic and Brazil, as well as our Dominican Fiesta Hotel & Casino in Santo Domingo. Room cleaning will always be done daily so you can slip into a clean bed every night. Bed sheets will be changed every three days, but since we always aim to please you, we will change them when you say so. Just leave the tent card on your bed and that way we’ll know that you would like to have a set of clean bed sheets that day. Together, we can avoid wasting millions of liters of water every day, contribute to saving energy and reduce the amount of cleaning products that are released to the environment.
