Fiesta Hotel Group recently had the honor of collaborating with Juan María Arzak, Spain’s most famous chef and owner of the Arzak Restaurant in San Sebastián. Mikel Sorazu, one of Arzak’s chefs, gave a four-day cooking course at the Fiesta Hotel Don Toni in Ibiza.
An Ibiza fan and a great friend of the Matutes family, Mr. Arzak has decided to collaborate with FGH hotels in Ibiza by applying the different techniques his team has developed in the laboratory in his restaurant.
During the last three and a half years, Mikel Sorazu has been working with Juan María Arzak and his daughter Elena in the restaurant that has been ranked number 8 in the S. Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants list.
Some of the exquisite dishes that were developed during the course will be included in the menus of some FHG restaurants, as well as the events and catering departments.
