Thanks to the new applications (APPS) for smartphones, guests staying at The Royal Suites Yucatán by Palladium in the Mayan Riviera, Mexico, will now have exclusive access to a series of services that will make their stay in our Resorts even more pleasant. From your iPhone you’ll be able to do the following, 100% free of charge!: 

•    Make reservations at “a la carte” restaurants in the complex
•    Book beauty treatments at the Renova Spa
•    Book courts at our Sports Center and plan activities with other guests
•    Add activities/excursions to your personal agenda
•    Get real time alerts with updated information
•    Know the exact location of the Resorts facilities

The revolution of this type of applications skyrocketed in 2010 and they’ve now become small windows to the world that give us access to information, games and a wide array of virtual universes. Today, just the top three apps stores offer more than 300, 000 programs.

In the near future, we will be implementing this type of free service in all of our Palladium Resorts, customized for each destination. We will also be developing versions for other smartphones.
