The most emblematic hotel in Valencia, the Ayre Hotel Astoria Palace, will be celebrating both The Fallas and a brand new look starting on March 16: the Upper Rooms and Suites. The renovation plan that the hotel has undergone during the last few years, which included, on the most recent phase, the lobby, reception area, meeting rooms, restaurant, lounge bar and common areas, as well as a new breakfast lounge on the top floor offering the best city views, continues at full speed with the complete refurbishment of the hotel’s top floors. These fifty-two rooms, which represent 25% of the hotel full inventory of 204 accommodations, have been named Upper Rooms, Upper Suites and Upper Junior Suites not only for their location but also for the superior level of upgrades offered. The following new features stand out:
Upper Rooms
• Bathrobe and slippers
• Welcome cocktail at the Lounge Bar
• Newspaper delivered to room
• Nightly turn-down service (turn down of bed covers, bedside mat, chocolate bar and closing of curtains)
• Access to executive floor services (limited-schedule office services, coffee corner and Internet corner)
Upper Suites and Upper Junior Suites
• Same services offer at the Upper Rooms
• Chocolates or similar
• Personalized handwritten welcome letter
• Nightly turn-down service with towel change if needed
• Ironing service for 2 garments on check-in day
• Fresh flowers in the bathroom and room
• Late check-out
• In-room breakfast without supplement service charges
• Special amenities according to superior category
• Pillow menu
