Starting on May 2001, Ayre Hoteles will manage all the operations of the Hotel at the Conference and Exhibition Center Ciudad de Oviedo. Located downtown Oviedo, it is the first hotel ever to be integrated in one of Santiago Calatrava’s architectural masterpieces.
With two other hotels in Oviedo, Ramiro I and Alfonso II, Ayre Hoteles has now added a superior 4-star hotel to the city of Oviedo by offering a completely different concept that the city has never seen before. Featuring a modern and innovative style based on an exquisite attention to detail, the Hotel boasts the unique contemporary designed developed by the Valencian architect which is bound to become the new landmark building in the Asturian capital.
Located in the Buenavista area, close to the local government headquarters, Asturias General Hospital, the Campo de San Francisco park and the city’s business and historical districts, the Hotel aims to become the new nerve center where the city’s major business, scientific and cultural events will be held.
