The improvement of competitiveness and teamwork is not incompatible with fun. In order to prepare the workforce for the current business environment and continuous change, one hundred employees of Fiesta Hotel Group participated on May 1st in a round of conferences and outdoor team building activities designed by the Department of Human Resources.
The conference, which took place in various areas of The Palladium Palace Ibiza Resort in Playa den Bossa, began at 9.00 am with a presentation of the Human Resources Department on the topic of 'Management Skills'. After a training session on the topic ' Management of Change', employees attended a workshop about the changing reality of the tourist and business environment and how to learn to manage those changes.
