On May 28th , Shereen Sterling, 23, won the Miss Global Jamaica award in front of a large audience who gathered at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa.
Sterling won the crown after beating out 25 beautiful young ladies that followed several months of preliminary tests. Among those attending the event were the Ambassador of Mexico, Leonora Ude, Ambassador of Ecuador and the wife of Prime Minister of Jamaica, Mrs. Lorna Goldwin.
Event organizers thanked the Palladium and all the staff for the professionalism that they showed in the organization of the successful event.
