Ayre Hoteles wants to make a positive change in the lives of all those Haitian children who are currently suffering from cholera and other hardships by collaborating with the NGO Infancia Sin Fronteras (Childhood Without Borders). To mark the arrival of the AVE high-speed train to Valencia, the Fiesta Hotel Group urban brand will donate 3,91€ to the NGO Infancia Sin Fronteras for every night booked on www.ayrehoteles.com in the Ayre Hotel Astoria Palace in Valencia between December 19, 2010 and January 31, 2011. Infancia Sin Fronteras is a non-governmental development organization created in 1998 as a non-profit, independent, apolitical and lay association. The activities promoted by this NGDO share a common principle: create the appropriate conditions for the development and peaceful coexistence of peoples and states, and reduce the effects of war and natural disasters on the population. As part of these efforts, the organization gives priority to children and mothers since they represent the most vulnerable social groups in these situations. Infancia Sin Fronteras is currently schooling more than 200 boys and girls who live in shelters and orphanages that were affected by the earthquake in Port-au-Prince and its surroundings. One cent for every kilometer of the new AVE Madrid-Valencia route will help provide schooling for these children.
