Playa del Carmen will turn in the perfect stage for the celebration of the 3rd edition of the BPM Festival from December 31st, 2010 to January 9th, 2011. Originally created as a gathering of bartenders, promoters and artists, the Festival has evolved into an internationally-known event that brings together a very eclectic group of electronic music DJs, producers, tourist and fans who are trying to escape from the winter blues under the warm Mexican sun. This edition will feature 10 whole days of outdoor parties, day and night, and an impressive line-up that includes renowned artists such as David Morales, Behrouz, Loco Dice, Marco Carola and Dubfire, amongst others. For the first time, the Festival will start right on New Year’s Eve with Argentinean DJ and producer Hernán Cattaneo welcoming 2011. Thanks to last edition’s attendance record of more than 18,000 people, the BPM Festival has become a must-attend event in the international electronic music scene in one of the most spectacular and visited destinations in the planet.
