On September 1st The Ayre Hotel Colon in Madrid reopened the America Building after finishing the full renovation that started in 2007.
The reform and the creation of new spaces turn the Ayre Gran Hotel Colon into a reference Hotel within the MICE segment of Madrid.
The Hotel will have 361 rooms, 22 Junior Suites, half of them designed specially for the business traveler. These rooms will enjoy a prívate meeting space.
The hotel has one PresidentiaL Suite, two restaurants, cafeteria, lobby bar, parking, private garden and 22 meeting rooms with capacity from 6 to 250 attendees.

This renovation follows those taken place at the beginning of 2009 at the Ayre Astoria Hotel Palace in Valencia and the Ramiro Hotel in Oviedo.
