The Hotel Ramiro I, one of the most emblematic hotels of the city of Oviedo has been acquired by the AYRE HOTELES chain, continuing with its strategic development plan to be present in all major Spanish cities. The four-star hotel provides 83 rooms, including 4 Junior Suites, all fully refurbished in 2004 and distributed on 9 floors. The hotel is located in one of the most privileged districts of Oviedo, just a few yards from the Principe Felipe Auditorium and close to San Francisco park.

With this new acquisition, AYRE HOTELES now provides 6 hotels located in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Ibiza and Oviedo.
