Fiesta Hotel Group acquires land in Jamaica to build a new Palladium complex

The Fiesta Hotel Group chain has acquired a 760,000m2 plot of land on the island of Jamaica to continue with its policy of expansion.

The location of the plot of land is perfect as it is situated next to the bay of Lucena and is only about 32 Km from the airport at  Montego Bay.

Fiesta hotel Group plans to build 4 resorts with a total of 2000 rooms in two phases.

Work on the first phase will get under way at the beginning of 2006.

Fiesta Hotel Group will have a prestigious team of architects and builders for the design and execution of this new and ambitious project, giving these new resorts the philosophy of the Palladium brand.

The main objective of the Palladium brand is based around respect for the environment. To achieve this, the project will endeavour to keep perfect harmony between the building and the surroundings.

The resorts will have all the facilities and services of other Palladium establishments.
