Is reserving online secure?
Fiesta Hotel Group uses all the most advanced security measure to ensure that your reservation is made securely.
How do I change/cancel a reservation?
To cancel or modify a booking, please contact our Call Center. Phone number 0034 971 31 28 01 calls from other EU Countries and 902 42 42 52 calls from Spain.
Will the total amount be charged to my credit card?
Bookings made through the web are not charged until you arrive to the hotel. The number and data of the card are entered into the system merely as a guarantee of the reservation. In the case of last minute deals or specific offers (please consult conditions of the offer), the total amount of the reservation is charged prior to arrival.
Is my reservation guaranteed?
Yes, in all cases except in that of the Hotel Rural Sa Talaia, in which case all reservations are “on request” and require confirmation by the hotel.
What is a non-refundable rate?
No refunds in any case.
My company has an agreement with FHG or a group discount.
The group will have a specific promotional code that will allow them to make reservations at the discount agreed on with FHG.
Can I reserve more than 1 room at a time?
Yes, it’s possible.
Can I reserve 2 different room types at the same time?
Yes, it’s possible.

As a general rule, the check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Do you allow pets?
No, we do not allow pets in any of our hotels or resorts.

Are gig tickets included in the price of my stay?
An entire entertainment program is included in our entertainment supplement of 7€ per person per day. This allows you access to gigs, as well as access to the weekend main stage event with superstar DJ talent (new for 2012)*, Sunday Pool Party*, - Weekly Silent Rave*, Mallorca Rocks Social – featuring Movie nights, Xbox competitions, live acoustic performances and much more.
*Operates between 1st June and 20th September 2012.
How old do you have to be to stay in the hotel?
To stay at Mallorca Rocks you have to be at least 17 years of age. If you are 17 at the time of travel you will be required to provide parental consent for your stay which needs to be emailed to either sales@ibizarockshotel.com or sales@mallorcarockshotel.com
What is the Ibiza/Mallorca Rocks Hostal?
The Mallorca Rocks Hostals provide a budget alternative to experience all that the main Rocks' Hotels have to offer. The Hostals that we use are not part of the main hotel complex but are by no means your traditional ‘hostal’ accomodation. Based within 500m of the main hotel each individual Hostal room sleeps up to 6 people and all with private bathroom facilities. Check in takes place over at the main Hotel reception where you will be given a wristband that identifies you as a Hostal guest and permits you full daytime and evening access to all the main Hotel’s public areas, pools and facilities.

My gig tickets haven’t arrived/I haven’t received my confirmation?
If you have booked gig tickets through our website and have no received them please get in contact with the Customer Services of our ticket provider directly at www.seetickets.com
The online ticketing form says ‘Contact Venue’ who should I contact?
If the online ticketing form says ‘Contact Venue’ it means that the online ticketing has closed. Tickets may still be available from any of our ticket outlets listed on our website, at the Mallorca Rocks Shop or on the door at the actual event. It is advised you buy your tickets in advance to avoid any disappointment
I want to request VIP tickets is this possible?
Standing VIP tickets for all of our gigs can be purchased via the individual event pages of our website. To book a VIP table at one of our gigs please send a request to vip@mallorcarocks.com (subject to availability).

Yes. Fiesta Hotel Group belongs to the Iberia Plus program. You may obtain points directly in the hotel or even redeem points for a reservation with us by booking through our website.
